Atelier uses PostgreSQL with a shared-schema multi-tenant model. All tenants share one database with row-level isolation, keeping infrastructure costs low.
Enterprise plans are scoped per customer. At minimum they include a dedicated isolated environment (separate server and PostgreSQL cluster with streaming replication), unlimited sites and media, white-label branding, SSO / SAML integration, a custom SLA, and a dedicated support channel.
